Nike ProSkills, founded over 20 years ago by Jeff Webster, has grown into one of the nation’s premier elite basketball programs. Backed by the power of Nike and years of proven success, ProSkills offers a full pathway for athletes through our Grassroots, Jr. EYBL, EYCL, and EYBL programs. From boys to girls, beginners to the nation’s top talent, we are committed to creating an environment where players can develop their skills, reach their potential, and prepare for success on and off the court.

 

At the core of ProSkills is our comprehensive approach to development. Our in-house Training Academy provides players with access to elite coaching, skill refinement, and performance training tailored to all levels. Beyond athletics, we believe in nurturing the whole student-athlete. That’s why we also offer Academic Services and a Scouting Service, ensuring that players are supported academically while being given every opportunity to showcase their abilities to colleges and beyond.

Equally important to us is the impact we make in the community. ProSkills emphasizes teaching life lessons through the game of basketball—instilling values of leadership, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Our athletes are expected not only to excel on the court but also to contribute positively off the court through community service and outreach. By encouraging our players to give back, we aim to prepare them to be leaders in life as well as in sport.
